Description

Delicious and cheesy jalapeno popper bites, perfect for a keto-friendly snack or appetizer.


Ingredients

  • 10 jalapeno peppers
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Almond flour (optional, for coating)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare the jalapenos by cutting them in half lengthwise and removing the seeds.
  2. Combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Mix until well blended and creamy.
  3. Spoon the cream cheese mixture into each halved jalapeno. Pack it in generously.
  4. Sprinkle almond flour on top if desired. Place the jalapeno poppers on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and bubbly. Allow to cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Serve warm with a cooling dip like ranch or sour cream. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
