- 10 jalapeno peppers
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Almond flour (optional, for coating)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare the jalapenos by cutting them in half lengthwise and removing the seeds.
- Combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Mix until well blended and creamy.
- Spoon the cream cheese mixture into each halved jalapeno. Pack it in generously.
- Sprinkle almond flour on top if desired. Place the jalapeno poppers on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and bubbly. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Serve warm with a cooling dip like ranch or sour cream. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
