Ingredients

- 1 can of crescent roll dough
- 1 cup of fresh strawberries, chopped
- 1/2 cup of cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup of crushed cereal for topping (such as Frosted Flakes or Special K)
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- Powdered sugar (for dusting)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking sheet.
- Mix the softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate into triangles. Spread cream cheese mixture, then add chopped strawberries.
- Roll each triangle from the wide end down to the point, forming a roll. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
- Beat the egg and brush it over each roll.
- Sprinkle crushed cereal over the top of rolls.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly and dust with powdered sugar. Serve warm.
