Description

A sweet and cheerful drink that blends ripe strawberries and creamy vanilla, topped with whipped cream and a cute strawberry bunny cookie.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled
  • 1 cup vanilla ice cream
  • 1 cup milk (whole, 2%, or plant-based)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Whipped cream for topping
  • Chocolate syrup for decoration
  • Strawberry bunny-shaped cookie for garnish

Instructions

  1. Wash the strawberries and hull them. Measure the ice cream and milk. Chill the glass in the freezer for a few minutes if you want your shake extra cold.
  2. Place the strawberries, vanilla ice cream, milk, and vanilla extract in a blender. Secure the lid and blend on high until smooth and thick. Stop and scrape the sides once if needed.
  3. Pour the milkshake into chilled glasses. Top each with whipped cream, drizzle chocolate syrup over the cream, and gently place a strawberry bunny-shaped cookie on the rim or floated on the cream. Serve immediately.

Notes

For a thicker texture, use frozen strawberries or add more ice cream. For less sweetness, opt for low-sugar ice cream.
