A delightful twist on traditional lasagna, combining marinara, cheese, and ravioli for a quick and comforting dish.
Ingredients

- 9 sheets of lasagna noodles
- 2 cups of ricotta cheese
- 2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 jar (24 oz) marinara sauce
- 1 pound of ravioli (cheese or meat-filled)
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). In a large baking dish, spread a layer of marinara sauce on the bottom.
- Lay down 3 sheets of lasagna noodles over the sauce.
- Spread half of the ricotta cheese over the noodles, followed by a layer of ravioli.
- Sprinkle a layer of mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top, and drizzle with olive oil.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients, finishing with the last sheets of noodles on top.
- Spread the remaining marinara sauce over the top layer, and sprinkle with remaining cheeses.
- Sprinkle Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper on top.
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes. Then, remove the foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let it sit for 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 3 months. Reheat in the oven or microwave.
