Description

Tender, fall-off-the-bone ribs coated in a rich, sticky barbecue sauce, perfect for gatherings and game days.


Ingredients

  • 2 racks of pork ribs
  • 1 cup of BBQ sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • 1 teaspoon of brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Combine salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and brown sugar in a small bowl.
  3. Rub the spice mixture all over the ribs.
  4. Place the ribs on a baking sheet, cover with aluminum foil, and bake for 2.5 to 3 hours.
  5. Remove the foil, brush the ribs with BBQ sauce, and bake uncovered for an additional 30 minutes.
  6. Allow the ribs to rest for a few minutes before cutting and serving.
