Ingredients

- 1 cup green cabbage, finely shredded
- 1/4 cup carrots, finely shredded
- 1/4 cup red cabbage, finely shredded
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 tablespoon milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine the green cabbage, carrots, and red cabbage in a large bowl.
- Mix together the mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar, milk, salt, and pepper in a separate bowl until well combined.
- Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss to coat well.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld together.
Notes
Consider adding finely chopped red onion or celery seeds for extra flavor. For a lighter version, substitute half of the mayonnaise with Greek yogurt.
