- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1/2 cup diced jalapeños (fresh or pickled)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the cooked shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, cooked rice, black beans, diced jalapeños, garlic powder, onion powder, and a sprinkle of salt and pepper in a large bowl.
- Spread the mixture evenly in a greased casserole dish. Bake for 25-30 minutes until heated through and bubbly.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
Use rotisserie chicken for convenience. Feel free to adjust spice levels to your preference.
