Description

A delightful combination of flavors that brings a spicy kick to your dinner table with shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, and creamy cheese.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1/2 cup diced jalapeños (fresh or pickled)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the cooked shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, cooked rice, black beans, diced jalapeños, garlic powder, onion powder, and a sprinkle of salt and pepper in a large bowl.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly in a greased casserole dish. Bake for 25-30 minutes until heated through and bubbly.
  4. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

Notes

Use rotisserie chicken for convenience. Feel free to adjust spice levels to your preference.
