- 4 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix the melted butter and minced garlic in a large bowl until well combined.
- Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss until they are well coated with the garlic butter mixture.
- Spread the cauliflower on a baking sheet in a single layer. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and tender, stirring halfway through.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
