Ingredients

- 1.5 lbs flank steak, cut into strips
- 2 bell peppers, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp cornstarch (optional, for thickening)
- 1/4 cup water (optional, for thickening)
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Place the flank steak in the crock pot.
- Add the sliced bell peppers and onion into the pot.
- Pour in the beef broth, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, black pepper, and salt.
- Cover your crock pot and set it to cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- If you prefer a thicker sauce, mix cornstarch with water in a small bowl and stir it into the pot during the last 30 minutes of cooking.
Notes
Serve over rice or noodles. Can store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or freeze for 3 months.
