Description

Delightful and nutritious broccoli bites, perfectly crispy on the outside while tender inside, made in the air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 3 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced (or 1 teaspoon garlic powder)
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon paprika (optional)
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup breadcrumbs (optional, for extra crunch)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice (optional, for finishing)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss the broccoli florets with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and paprika in a mixing bowl.
  3. Add the grated Parmesan cheese and mix until well coated.
  4. Place the broccoli bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer and cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  5. Serve immediately while hot, optionally with a dipping sauce.
