Description

A fun and flavorful twist on the classic jalapeño popper, these egg rolls are crispy, cheesy, and perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 10 egg roll wrappers
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced jalapeños (fresh or pickled)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Mix together the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, jalapeños, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  2. Lay out an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface, and place about 2 tablespoons of the cheese mixture in the center.
  3. Fold the sides in and roll from the bottom to the top, sealing the edges with a little water. Repeat with remaining wrappers and filling.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Lightly spray the egg rolls with cooking spray. Place the egg rolls in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.

Notes

Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
