Ingredients

- 1 lb gnocchi
- 1 lb chicken breast, cooked and shredded
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, bring water to a boil and cook the gnocchi according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In the same pot, combine cream cheese, chicken broth, and ranch seasoning over medium heat, stirring until smooth.
- Add the shredded chicken and crumbled bacon to the pot, mixing well to combine all the flavors.
- Stir in the cooked gnocchi and shredded cheddar cheese until everything is well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve warm.
