Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb gnocchi
  • 1 lb chicken breast, cooked and shredded
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, bring water to a boil and cook the gnocchi according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In the same pot, combine cream cheese, chicken broth, and ranch seasoning over medium heat, stirring until smooth.
  3. Add the shredded chicken and crumbled bacon to the pot, mixing well to combine all the flavors.
  4. Stir in the cooked gnocchi and shredded cheddar cheese until everything is well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve warm.
