Description

A quick and easy quesadilla packed with flavorful cheese and customizable fillings, perfect for busy weeknight dinners or satisfying snack cravings.


Ingredients

  • 2 flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or a blend)
  • 1/2 cup cooked chicken or veggies (optional)
  • Salsa or guacamole (for serving)
  • Cooking spray or butter

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a little cooking spray or butter.
  2. Place one tortilla in the skillet and sprinkle half of the cheese evenly over it.
  3. Add cooked chicken or veggies over the cheese, then top with the remaining cheese.
  4. Cook until the bottom tortilla is golden, about 3-4 minutes, then flip and cook the other side.
  5. Remove from the skillet, cut into wedges, and serve with salsa or guacamole.
