- 1/2 cup cooked chicken or veggies (optional)
- Salsa or guacamole (for serving)
- Cooking spray or butter
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a little cooking spray or butter.
- Place one tortilla in the skillet and sprinkle half of the cheese evenly over it.
- Add cooked chicken or veggies over the cheese, then top with the remaining cheese.
- Cook until the bottom tortilla is golden, about 3-4 minutes, then flip and cook the other side.
- Remove from the skillet, cut into wedges, and serve with salsa or guacamole.
Notes
For added flavor, use different types of cheese or add spices like cumin or paprika.
