Instructions
- Start by gathering all your ingredients to make the process easier.
- In a bowl, mix the mashed potatoes, cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Place a portion of the potato mixture in the center of each tortilla, folding the sides over and rolling tightly.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat, ensuring it’s hot enough for frying.
- Fry the burritos until golden and crispy on each side, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Remove them and drain on paper towels to absorb any excess oil before serving.
Notes
