Description

A delightful blend of gooey cheese and savory pepperoni rolled in tortillas, perfect for parties and family movie nights.


Ingredients

  • 4 large flour tortillas (or pizza dough rolled thin)
  • 1 cup pizza sauce or marinara
  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup mini pepperoni (or your favorite toppings)
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter or olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a flat surface to a rectangle about 1/4 inch thick.
  3. Layer mozzarella cheese and pepperoni slices evenly over the dough.
  4. Roll the dough tightly to create a log.
  5. Slice the log into pieces about 1 to 1.5 inches thick.
  6. Brush the tops with olive oil and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Serve warm with pizza sauce for dipping.
