- 4 large flour tortillas (or pizza dough rolled thin)
- 1 cup pizza sauce or marinara
- 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup mini pepperoni (or your favorite toppings)
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 tablespoon melted butter or olive oil
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a flat surface to a rectangle about 1/4 inch thick.
- Layer mozzarella cheese and pepperoni slices evenly over the dough.
- Roll the dough tightly to create a log.
- Slice the log into pieces about 1 to 1.5 inches thick.
- Brush the tops with olive oil and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm with pizza sauce for dipping.
