Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup cooked broccoli, chopped
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
  2. Combine the cooked broccoli, feta cheese, and eggs in a mixing bowl.
  3. Mix the all-purpose flour, almond flour, baking powder, salt, and black pepper in another bowl. Gradually add these dry ingredients to the broccoli mixture, stirring until well combined.

  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Allow to cool, then cut into squares and serve.

Notes

For a delightful twist, serve with a yogurt dip or fresh salad. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to a week.
