- 1 cup cooked broccoli, chopped
- 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 large eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
- Combine the cooked broccoli, feta cheese, and eggs in a mixing bowl.
- Mix the all-purpose flour, almond flour, baking powder, salt, and black pepper in another bowl. Gradually add these dry ingredients to the broccoli mixture, stirring until well combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Allow to cool, then cut into squares and serve.
