- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- 1/4 cup milk

- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh herbs (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Whisk together the eggs, cottage cheese, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder until well combined.
- Lightly grease a baking dish or individual ramekins. Pour the egg mixture into the prepared dish. Sprinkle shredded cheese and herbs on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the eggs are set and the top is golden.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
Notes
