Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh herbs (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Whisk together the eggs, cottage cheese, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder until well combined.
  3. Lightly grease a baking dish or individual ramekins. Pour the egg mixture into the prepared dish. Sprinkle shredded cheese and herbs on top.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the eggs are set and the top is golden.
  5. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
