- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking spray or olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C). While it’s heating, season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Dip each chicken breast into the ranch dressing, ensuring it’s coated evenly.
- Combine Parmesan cheese and seasoned breadcrumbs in a separate bowl.
- Dredge the ranch-coated chicken in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently.
- Place the chicken breasts in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Lightly spray with cooking spray or drizzle with olive oil.
- Cook in the air fryer for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
- Serve hot and enjoy.
Notes
Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the air fryer at 350°F (175°C) for 5-7 minutes.
