These little frozen bites combine tart strawberries, creamy yogurt, and rich dark chocolate for a cool snack that feels indulgent yet is easy to make.

- 1 cup strawberries, hulled and halved
- 1 cup yogurt (plain or flavored; Greek or regular)
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil (optional)
- Sprinkles or crushed nuts for topping (optional)
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Wash and hull the strawberries, then halve them.
- In a medium bowl, mix the yogurt and strawberries until the strawberries are well coated.
- Spoon dollops of the yogurt-strawberry mixture onto the prepared baking sheet.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the dark chocolate chips with the coconut oil in 20–30 second bursts until smooth.
- Drizzle the melted chocolate over the yogurt clusters.
- Add sprinkles or crushed nuts on top of each cluster while the chocolate is still wet.
- Place the baking sheet in the freezer for about 2 hours or until firm.
- Let clusters sit at room temperature for 3–5 minutes before eating or enjoy straight from the freezer.
Notes
For best texture, consume within 4 weeks; they may develop slight freezer flavor after longer storage. Use thicker yogurt for creamier clusters.
