Description

These little frozen bites combine tart strawberries, creamy yogurt, and rich dark chocolate for a cool snack that feels indulgent yet is easy to make.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled and halved
  • 1 cup yogurt (plain or flavored; Greek or regular)
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil (optional)
  • Sprinkles or crushed nuts for topping (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Wash and hull the strawberries, then halve them.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix the yogurt and strawberries until the strawberries are well coated.
  3. Spoon dollops of the yogurt-strawberry mixture onto the prepared baking sheet.
  4. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the dark chocolate chips with the coconut oil in 20–30 second bursts until smooth.
  5. Drizzle the melted chocolate over the yogurt clusters.
  6. Add sprinkles or crushed nuts on top of each cluster while the chocolate is still wet.
  7. Place the baking sheet in the freezer for about 2 hours or until firm.
  8. Let clusters sit at room temperature for 3–5 minutes before eating or enjoy straight from the freezer.

Notes

For best texture, consume within 4 weeks; they may develop slight freezer flavor after longer storage. Use thicker yogurt for creamier clusters.
