Description

A comforting dish combining savory chicken, beef, smoky bacon, and creamy ranch sauce over pasta.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta (penne or rotini)
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, diced
  • 1 cup cooked beef, diced
  • 4 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Dice the cooked chicken and beef if not already diced. Cook the bacon until crisp, then crumble and set aside.
  3. Add the diced chicken, diced beef, and crumbled bacon to a large skillet over medium heat. Stir briefly to warm the meats.
  4. Stir in the ranch seasoning packet and ranch dressing. Heat through for 1–2 minutes.
  5. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat evenly.
  6. Mix in the shredded cheese and stir until melted and creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot, garnished with parsley if desired.
