Ingredients

- 8 oz pasta (penne or rotini)
- 1 cup cooked chicken, diced
- 1 cup cooked beef, diced
- 4 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Dice the cooked chicken and beef if not already diced. Cook the bacon until crisp, then crumble and set aside.
- Add the diced chicken, diced beef, and crumbled bacon to a large skillet over medium heat. Stir briefly to warm the meats.
- Stir in the ranch seasoning packet and ranch dressing. Heat through for 1–2 minutes.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat evenly.
- Mix in the shredded cheese and stir until melted and creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot, garnished with parsley if desired.
Notes
Serve with a green side salad or steamed broccoli for added nutrition.
