Ingredients

  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered erythritol or other keto-friendly sweetener

  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder (optional for coating)
  • Chopped nuts or chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and powdered erythritol until smooth.
  2. Add the unsweetened shredded coconut, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Mix until everything is well combined.
