Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 200g green beans, trimmed
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C), peel and cube the sweet potatoes, and trim the green beans.
  2. Toss sweet potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Spread sweet potatoes on a baking tray and bake for 15 minutes.
  4. Add green beans, toss gently, and bake for an additional 10–15 minutes until tender.
