Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb maple sausage
  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 4 cups cubed bread
  • 1 cup shredded cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and gather ingredients.
  2. In a skillet, cook sausage over medium heat until browned.
  3. In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, maple syrup, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  4. Grease a casserole dish and layer half of the cubed bread, sausage, and cheese.
