Description

An easy, bright frozen treat blending frozen strawberries with creamy coconut and a splash of lime for a refreshing, soft-serve texture.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon sugar (optional, to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice

Instructions

  1. Measure the frozen strawberries and coconut milk. If the strawberries are in large chunks, let them sit at room temperature for 2–3 minutes.
  2. Place the frozen strawberries, coconut milk, sugar (if using), and lime juice into a blender or food processor. Start on low and increase speed.
  3. Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
  4. Serve immediately for soft-serve texture or freeze for 30–60 minutes for a firmer texture.

Notes

For the best flavor, use ripe-tasting frozen strawberries. Adjust sweetness to taste.
