Instructions
- Measure the frozen strawberries and coconut milk. If the strawberries are in large chunks, let them sit at room temperature for 2–3 minutes.
- Place the frozen strawberries, coconut milk, sugar (if using), and lime juice into a blender or food processor. Start on low and increase speed.
- Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
- Serve immediately for soft-serve texture or freeze for 30–60 minutes for a firmer texture.
Notes
For the best flavor, use ripe-tasting frozen strawberries. Adjust sweetness to taste.
