- 1 package pistachio pudding mix
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1 cup crushed graham crackers
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup crushed pistachios for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, combine crushed graham crackers, melted butter, and powdered sugar to form the base. Press this mixture firmly into a square baking dish to make an even crust.
- In another bowl, whisk together the pistachio pudding mix and milk until thickened. Fold in the whipped cream until well combined and smooth, keeping the filling light and airy.
- Pour the pistachio mixture over the crust in the baking dish and spread it evenly with a spatula. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set and firm up the squares.
- Before serving, sprinkle crushed pistachios on top for garnish. Cut into squares and enjoy!
