Description

A bright, creamy treat that tastes like pistachio ice cream in every bite, perfect for festive occasions.


Ingredients

  • 1 package pistachio pudding mix
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup crushed pistachios for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, combine crushed graham crackers, melted butter, and powdered sugar to form the base. Press this mixture firmly into a square baking dish to make an even crust.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together the pistachio pudding mix and milk until thickened. Fold in the whipped cream until well combined and smooth, keeping the filling light and airy.
  3. Pour the pistachio mixture over the crust in the baking dish and spread it evenly with a spatula. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set and firm up the squares.
  4. Before serving, sprinkle crushed pistachios on top for garnish. Cut into squares and enjoy!
