- 1 lb ground beef
- 4 slices of bacon
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1 tsp chili powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Green onions (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain and let cool.
- In a skillet, cook the bacon until crispy; remove and chop.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned; season with chili powder, salt, and pepper.
- Combine the cooled pasta, cooked beef, chopped bacon, cherry tomatoes, and lettuce in a large bowl.
