Description

A vibrant and hearty pasta salad that combines classic BLT flavors with seasoned beef, pasta, and creamy ranch dressing—perfect for gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta (fusilli or rotini)
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 4 slices of bacon
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onions (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain and let cool.
  2. In a skillet, cook the bacon until crispy; remove and chop.
  3. Add ground beef and cook until browned; season with chili powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Combine the cooled pasta, cooked beef, chopped bacon, cherry tomatoes, and lettuce in a large bowl.
