Description

Crisp, tangy crackers infused with ranch seasoning and bursts of pickle flavor, perfect for snacking on game day.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup crackers (your choice)
  • 1/2 cup ranch seasoning mix
  • 1/4 cup pickle juice
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 12 tablespoons red pepper flakes (to taste)
  • 1/2 cup chopped pickles

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat. Measure and chop the pickles into small pieces.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ranch seasoning mix, pickle juice, olive oil, and red pepper flakes. Stir until smooth and well combined.
  3. Add the crackers to the bowl and gently toss to coat them evenly.
  4. Fold in the chopped pickles gently to avoid sogginess.
  5. Spread the coated crackers in a single layer on the baking sheet and bake for 10–15 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  6. Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely before serving.

Notes

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days. If they soften, re-crisp in a 300°F (150°C) oven for 5–7 minutes.
