Description

A bright, creamy, and low-fat dressing that adds tangy flavor to coleslaw without the heaviness of mayo.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder (optional)

Instructions

  1. Measure the Greek yogurt into a medium bowl. Gather the vinegar, honey, and Dijon mustard. If using garlic or onion powder, have them ready.
  2. Add the apple cider vinegar, honey, and Dijon mustard to the bowl with the yogurt. Stir with a whisk or fork until the mixture is smooth and uniform in color.
  3. Taste the dressing and season with salt, freshly ground black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder if using. Mix again to fully incorporate the seasonings. Let it sit for 5–10 minutes if you have time to let flavors meld.
  4. Adjust the texture by adding a teaspoon of water or a little more vinegar if needed. Drizzle over shredded cabbage, carrots, and other coleslaw ingredients. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.

Notes

For a richer texture, use full-fat Greek yogurt. Adjust seasoning and acidity based on personal taste.
