Description

A colorful and delicious blend of tender steak and roasted vegetables, perfect for busy weeknights.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound flank steak, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon fajita seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Tortillas for serving
  • Lime wedges and cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine the sliced steak, bell pepper, onion, olive oil, fajita seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly on a sheet pan.
  4. Bake for about 20 minutes, or until the steak is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
  5. Remove from the oven and serve immediately with warm tortillas.
