Description

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds baby potatoes
  • 8 ounces feta cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and halve the baby potatoes, then place them in a baking dish.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat the potatoes evenly.
  4. Place the feta cheese block in the center of the potatoes.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes, until the potatoes are golden and tender.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve warm.
