- 8 ounces feta cheese
- 4 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and halve the baby potatoes, then place them in a baking dish.
- Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat the potatoes evenly.
- Place the feta cheese block in the center of the potatoes.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, until the potatoes are golden and tender.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve warm.
