Description

A fast, flavorful dip combining tangy feta, creamy Greek yogurt, crisp cucumber, and juicy cherry tomatoes. Perfect for parties or a light snack.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup black olives, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Pita chips or fresh vegetables for serving

Instructions

  1. Gather and prep all ingredients. Rinse and dry the cucumber and cherry tomatoes. Dice the cucumber, halve the tomatoes, finely chop the red onion, and slice the black olives. Measure out the yogurt, feta, olive oil, lemon juice, and oregano.
  2. Combine the Greek yogurt, crumbled feta cheese, and olive oil in a mixing bowl. Stir gently so the feta folds into the yogurt and creates a creamy base with visible feta pieces.
  3. Add the diced cucumber, halved cherry tomatoes, finely chopped red onion, and sliced black olives to the bowl. Then add the lemon juice and dried oregano. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Mix everything together until well combined. Taste and adjust lemon, salt, or oregano as needed. Transfer to a serving bowl and drizzle a little extra olive oil on top if desired. Serve immediately with pita chips or fresh vegetables.

Notes

For best texture, enjoy within 24 hours. Can add fresh herbs or spice variations as desired.
