Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon taco seasoning
  • 8 small tortillas
  • 1 cup cabbage, shredded
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • Lime wedges for serving
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Pat the shrimp dry with paper towels. This helps them brown in the air fryer. Gather the olive oil, taco seasoning, tortillas, shredded cabbage, avocado, lime wedges, and cilantro.
  2. Toss the shrimp with 1 tablespoon olive oil and 1 teaspoon taco seasoning until evenly coated.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Place the seasoned shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket and air-fry for about 8–10 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  4. Warm the tortillas in a hot skillet for 20–30 seconds per side or microwave them covered for 20 seconds. Assemble the tacos with shrimp, cabbage, avocado, lime, and cilantro. Serve immediately.

Notes

Serve with extra lime wedges and enjoy with optional toppings like sour cream or yogurt sauce.
