Instructions
- Pat the shrimp dry with paper towels. This helps them brown in the air fryer. Gather the olive oil, taco seasoning, tortillas, shredded cabbage, avocado, lime wedges, and cilantro.
- Toss the shrimp with 1 tablespoon olive oil and 1 teaspoon taco seasoning until evenly coated.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Place the seasoned shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket and air-fry for about 8–10 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Warm the tortillas in a hot skillet for 20–30 seconds per side or microwave them covered for 20 seconds. Assemble the tacos with shrimp, cabbage, avocado, lime, and cilantro. Serve immediately.
