- 1 package of refrigerated pizza dough
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface into a rectangle about 10×12 inches. Spread the pizza sauce evenly, leaving a 1/2-inch border. Sprinkle the mozzarella, pepperoni, and Italian seasoning.
- Start from one long edge, roll tightly into a log, then slice into 1-inch pieces. Place cut-side down on the baking sheet. Brush with egg wash.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes until puffed, golden brown, and cheese is melted. Let rest for 2–3 minutes before serving.
Notes
Serve warm with dipping sauces like pizza sauce or ranch. Can be stored for up to 3 days in an airtight container. Can also be frozen.
