- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup bell pepper, chopped

Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the onions and garlic, sautéing until the onions are translucent.
- Stir in the tomato sauce and Italian seasoning, and bring to a simmer.
- Add the cooked pasta, pepperoni, mozzarella cheese, and bell pepper to the skillet, stirring to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper. Cook for an additional 5 minutes until heated through and cheese is melted.
