A bright, refreshing tea that blends tart hibiscus with sweet peaches and lemon for a floral, fruity drink.
Ingredients

- 2 cups hibiscus tea (prepared)
- 1 cup fresh peach slices
- 2 tablespoons honey (or to taste)
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Ice
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Brew hibiscus tea according to package instructions and let it cool. Chill in the fridge or add ice to speed cooling.
- Combine fresh peach slices, honey, and lemon juice in a blender. Blend until smooth.
- Mix the cooled hibiscus tea with the blended peach mixture in a pitcher.
- Serve over ice and garnish with fresh mint leaves.
Notes
For a fizzy version, replace half the tea with chilled sparkling water. Store in the fridge and consume within 48 hours.
