Description

A bright, refreshing tea that blends tart hibiscus with sweet peaches and lemon for a floral, fruity drink.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups hibiscus tea (prepared)
  • 1 cup fresh peach slices
  • 2 tablespoons honey (or to taste)
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Ice
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Brew hibiscus tea according to package instructions and let it cool. Chill in the fridge or add ice to speed cooling.
  2. Combine fresh peach slices, honey, and lemon juice in a blender. Blend until smooth.
  3. Mix the cooled hibiscus tea with the blended peach mixture in a pitcher.
  4. Serve over ice and garnish with fresh mint leaves.

Notes

For a fizzy version, replace half the tea with chilled sparkling water. Store in the fridge and consume within 48 hours.
