Description

Savory bites with a golden, crispy exterior and a tender, cheesy center, perfect as a snack or appetizer.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, grated Parmesan, eggs, almond flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
  3. Scoop portions of the mixture and shape into balls. Place on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 1 inch apart.
  4. Bake for 20–25 minutes or until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Broil for 1–2 minutes for extra browning if desired.
  5. Remove from oven and let rest for 3–5 minutes. Garnish with parsley if desired and serve warm.
