Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta (penne or fettuccine)
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in a large pot over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it into smaller pieces.
  2. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.
  3. Add the pasta, beef broth, and heavy cream to the pot. Bring to a gentle simmer and cover, cooking according to the pasta package instructions until tender.
