Description

Fun, festive, and easy-to-make snowman truffles covered in white chocolate with creamy centers, perfect for holiday parties.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 cups crushed vanilla wafer cookies
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • Chocolate chips for eyes
  • Orange candies for the nose
  • Pretzel sticks for arms
  • Sprinkles for decoration

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  2. Stir in crushed vanilla wafer cookies until well combined.
  3. Roll the mixture into small balls and chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  4. Melt white chocolate chips until smooth.
  5. Dip each chilled truffle into the melted white chocolate and return to a baking sheet.
  6. Add chocolate chips for eyes, orange candies for noses, and pretzel sticks for arms before the chocolate sets.
  7. Allow the chocolate to set before serving, or chill for 10-15 minutes to speed up the process.
