Description

These no-bake pinecone-shaped truffles feature a creamy peanut butter center with a crunchy outer texture from sprinkles or nuts, making them perfect for holiday trays or a cozy snack.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chocolate sprinkles or chopped nuts for decoration

Instructions

  1. Measure and prepare all ingredients and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Toast nuts lightly in a pan for 2-3 minutes if using, then let cool.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham crackers, powdered sugar, cocoa powder, peanut butter, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
  3. Roll the mixture into small balls (about 1 inch). To shape like pinecones, press one side to form an oval and use a knife to create impressions.
  4. Roll each truffle in sprinkles or nuts for texture. Place on the baking sheet and refrigerate for about 30 minutes until firm. Serve chilled.

Notes

Chill the tray before rolling to help truffles firm up quickly. Substitute almond or cashew butter for different flavors.
