- 1 can tuna (drained)
- 1 cup Greek yogurt

- 1 cup diced bell pepper

- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and let cool.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooled pasta, drained tuna, Greek yogurt, diced celery, bell pepper, and red onion.
- Stir in the lemon juice and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Mix everything until well combined.
- Garnish with fresh parsley.
- Serve chilled.
