Description

A quick and creamy parfait that layers Greek yogurt and cream cheese with strawberries and graham crumbs for a delightful breakfast treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, diced
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • Optional: mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients. Wash and dice the strawberries into small, even pieces.
  2. In a bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, softened cream cheese, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth and creamy.
  3. Place a spoonful of the cheesecake mixture into a serving glass. Add a layer of graham cracker crumbs, then a layer of diced strawberries. Repeat layers until the glasses are filled, finishing with strawberries on top.
  4. Optionally, garnish with mint leaves. Serve immediately or chill for up to 20 minutes.
