- 1 package of crackers
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 cup taco seasoning
- 1 can refried beans
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup sliced black olives
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- Sour cream and guacamole for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Spread a thin layer of refried beans over each cracker on the baking sheet. Sprinkle taco seasoning over the beans.
- Top with shredded cheese and diced tomatoes.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 5–7 minutes, until the cheese is melted.
- Garnish with black olives and green onions. Serve hot with sour cream and guacamole on the side.
Notes
Use thin layers of refried beans to prevent soggy crackers. Grate your own cheese for best melt and flavor.
