- 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled

Instructions
- Whisk together eggs and milk until well combined. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add cherry tomatoes and spinach and cook for 1–2 minutes.
- Pour the egg mixture into the skillet over the softened vegetables and stir gently.
- Continue to cook, stirring slowly until the eggs are fully scrambled but still creamy. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh herbs.
