- 1 cup cauliflower florets
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup marinara sauce
- 1/4 cup pepperoni slices (or any preferred toppings)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment or lightly oil it.
- Rinse and dry the cauliflower, then cut into bite-sized florets.
- Combine cauliflower florets with olive oil, Italian seasoning, and salt and pepper in a mixing bowl. Toss well.
- Spread the cauliflower in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet and roast for about 15 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and spoon marinara sauce over the cauliflower, sprinkle mozzarella, and arrange pepperoni on top.
- Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10–12 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Garnish with fresh basil or parsley. For extra flavor, add red pepper flakes.
