Description

Enjoy all the cozy flavors of pizza—warm marinara, melty mozzarella, and savory pepperoni—without the crust in this easy, low-carb pizza bowl.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup cauliflower florets
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup marinara sauce
  • 1/4 cup pepperoni slices (or any preferred toppings)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment or lightly oil it.
  2. Rinse and dry the cauliflower, then cut into bite-sized florets.
  3. Combine cauliflower florets with olive oil, Italian seasoning, and salt and pepper in a mixing bowl. Toss well.
  4. Spread the cauliflower in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet and roast for about 15 minutes.
  5. Remove from the oven and spoon marinara sauce over the cauliflower, sprinkle mozzarella, and arrange pepperoni on top.
  6. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10–12 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Garnish with fresh basil or parsley. For extra flavor, add red pepper flakes.
