- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 1 lb ground beef
- 4 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Chopped green onions, for garnish
Instructions
- Cook fettuccine pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside. Cook bacon until crisp, then crumble and set aside.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat. Season the beef with garlic powder, salt, and pepper, and stir to combine.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Reduce heat to low and stir in Parmesan and cheddar cheese until melted and smooth. Keep the sauce warm but do not let it boil.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce. Stir in crumbled bacon and mix well. Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
