Instructions
- Preparation: Heat the skillet and prep ingredients: measure olive oil, shred cheese, dice onion, mince garlic, and cut broccoli into florets.
- Sautéing Aromatics: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion and garlic; sauté until onion is translucent, about 3–4 minutes.
- Browning the Beef: Increase heat to medium-high and add ground beef. Cook until browned, about 6–8 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Steaming Broccoli: Add broccoli florets to the skillet and stir. Cover and cook for about 5–7 minutes until broccoli is tender-crisp. Uncover, stir in cheese, and let melt.
