- 1 lb pizza dough
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 8 oz mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 6 oz sliced salami
- 6 oz sliced pepperoni
- 1 cup spinach, chopped
- 1/2 cup bell pepper, sliced
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
- Italian seasoning (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface into a rectangle, about ¼ inch thick.
- Spread marinara sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border.
- Layer the mozzarella, salami, pepperoni, spinach, and bell pepper on top of the sauce.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese and optional Italian seasoning.
- Carefully roll the dough into a tight log, sealing and tucking the ends underneath.
- Brush the top with the beaten egg.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Let it cool for a few minutes, then slice and serve with extra marinara sauce.
