Description

Delicious no-bake Mint Oreo Truffles made with rich chocolate and refreshing mint flavor, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 package Mint Oreo cookies
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp peppermint extract
  • Green food coloring (optional)
  • Additional crushed Oreos for coating (optional)

Instructions

  1. Crush the Mint Oreo cookies in a food processor until fine crumbs form.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed cookies and softened cream cheese until well mixed.
  3. Roll the mixture into small balls, about one inch in diameter, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
  5. Stir in the peppermint extract and a few drops of green food coloring if desired.
  6. Dip each cookie ball into the melted chocolate.
  7. Place the coated truffles back on the baking sheet and sprinkle with crushed Oreos if desired.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until firm.
