- 1 package Mint Oreo cookies
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 tsp peppermint extract
- Green food coloring (optional)
- Additional crushed Oreos for coating (optional)
Instructions
- Crush the Mint Oreo cookies in a food processor until fine crumbs form.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed cookies and softened cream cheese until well mixed.
- Roll the mixture into small balls, about one inch in diameter, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
- Stir in the peppermint extract and a few drops of green food coloring if desired.
- Dip each cookie ball into the melted chocolate.
- Place the coated truffles back on the baking sheet and sprinkle with crushed Oreos if desired.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until firm.
