- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for cooking
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Heat a splash of oil in a large skillet over medium heat and add the diced onions and minced garlic; sauté until translucent and fragrant, about 3-5 minutes.
- Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned and crumbly, draining any excess fat.
- Stir in the chopped cauliflower, diced tomatoes, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper, mixing until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture into a baking dish and sprinkle shredded cheese generously on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- Let the casserole cool slightly before serving.
Notes
