Description

This pizza balances sweet heat, savory beef, and melty cheese, offering a gourmet taste with a quick preparation.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pizza dough
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup sliced pepperoni
  • 1 cup cooked ground beef
  • 1/4 cup hot honey
  • 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Fresh basil leaves (for garnish)
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). Lightly flour a work surface and roll out the pizza dough to your desired thickness.
  2. Spread the marinara sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border for the crust.
  3. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella over the sauce, then scatter the sliced pepperoni and cooked ground beef across the cheese.
  4. Drizzle the hot honey over the toppings in an even stream.
  5. Place the pizza in the preheated oven and bake for 12–15 minutes, until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbling.
  6. Remove the pizza from the oven and dollop the ricotta over the hot pizza.
  7. Drizzle olive oil on top and season with salt and pepper. Garnish with fresh basil leaves.
  8. Slice and serve immediately.

Notes

For a crisper crust, preheat your pizza stone. Store leftovers wrapped tightly to keep them fresh.
